General
LUTs (Look-Up Tables) and presets are colour grading tools. LUTs work in video editors such as DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, while presets are one-click looks for Adobe Lightroom and Camera Raw. Both instantly apply a professional colour grade to your footage or photos.
Our LUTs are delivered in the industry-standard .cube format, making them compatible with virtually all major grading and editing suites, including Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro X, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Installation varies slightly by software, but generally, you can apply them directly via the Lumetri Color panel (Premiere), the Color Page LUT browser (Resolve), or Custom LUT plugins (FCPX). A detailed installation guide is included with every purchase.
No specialised software is required. LUTs import into any major video editor, and Lightroom presets work in both desktop and mobile versions of Adobe Lightroom. Each pack includes a short installation guide.

Our LUTs are built for Rec.709 and include LOG conversion LUTs for major camera brands. They work with any camera that outputs Rec.709 or LOG footage — mirrorless, DSLR, action cameras, and cinema cameras alike.
LUTs & Video
LUT stands for "Look Up Table" — a .CUBE file used to color grade your videos and images. LUTs transform your footage to match professional cinematic looks. Once you download a pack, you can get started in minutes with the installation guide included in your download folder.
You do not need to "install" a LUT in most software. Simply import the .CUBE file into your video editor as an effect, or add it to an adjustment layer. Detailed step-by-step guides for Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro are included with every purchase.
Select the clip you want to grade, open the Lumetri Color panel, and load your LUT file under the Creative tab. Adjust intensity as needed. For LOG footage, apply a conversion LUT first, then layer a creative look on top.
In FCPX, search for "Custom LUT" in the Effects Browser. Drag the effect onto your clip in the timeline, then select your LUT from the dropdown menu in the inspector panel.
No. While our LUTs work excellently on GoPro footage, they deliver even greater results on cameras from Panasonic, Canon, Sony, Nikon, DJI, BlackMagic, and all major consumer and cinema brands.
LOG profiles (used on professional cameras) capture a wider dynamic range but look flat and desaturated — they are designed to be graded in post. Rec709 is the standard color space on most cameras. Our packs include both Rec709 creative LUTs and LOG-to-Rec709 conversion LUTs for major camera brands.
They contain the same color data in different file formats with no performance difference. Nearly all applications support .CUBE; fewer support .3DL. We primarily deliver .CUBE files for maximum compatibility.
Ensure white balance and exposure are correct before applying a LUT — this dramatically affects the result. Use a histogram to check exposure. You may need minor adjustments to contrast, saturation, or exposure after applying a LUT depending on your footage and creative preference.
Technical
We offer both standard REC709 LUTs intended for normalized footage, as well as specialized conversion LUTs crafted for specific LOG profiles (e.g., S-Log3, C-Log, V-Log, Arri LogC) to give you the most accurate starting point possible.
